Nosotros had AC and Heating issues. Call multiple companies and call Integrity guys for the diagnostic and second stance. Quick response and satisfied time for usa. After detailed diagnostic they were able to locate result and very reasonable estimate for repair. Came back in ii days with parts and fix everything. Professionalism, piece of work ethic, honest, showed high level of the knowledge with paying attention to small-scale details. I have been using these guys for years. Very reasonable on pricing. First fourth dimension I met them they came out on a Sunday when all 24 hour places didn't even call back. Highly recommend them. Bang-up service too. Ever go back to me fast too.

Chris Heldman has an awful oral cavity. Absolutely atrocious. Does not have any people skills. Very unprofessional, would not hire him to piece of work a x pes pole if he had to talk to any of my clients.

Ryan and Ted at Integrity Heating and Air-conditioning are the very best. We have used them for several years. They just did the annual maintenance on our Air conditioning unit to keep it running its best. They are ever prompt, professional, and they become the job done right the first time. Used this company, the duo Ryan and Ted 2nd time, fixing cleaved Air conditioner. They were punctual, honest and right priced for replacing burnt condenser. I am looking forward to a price quote for replacement of HVAC system, will share experience.

Great service and excellent value. My A/C stopped working. Within hours of calling the guys arrived and diagnosed the problem and had it back operating quickly and for an extremely reasonable price. Definitely recommend these guys for any HVAC need!

Had an A/C event. Ryan came for a service call and recommended that nosotros contact the technician who installed it earlier as our unit should be under warranty. He did not accuse for the service, which we actually appreciated in this day and age. I recommend Integrity Heating and Air to anyone - they live upwardly to their proper name. I HIGHLY recommend using the services of Integrity Heating and Air conditioning!! The customer service, focus, and quality was phenomenal! On Memorial Day, I called/left a voice mail in desperate need of A/C service. Within minutes, Ted called me back - on a vacation. Though he couldn't schedule a visit that 24-hour interval, he kindly walked me through a bit of troubleshooting over the phone, determined the coils might be frozen, and provided a brusque-term recommendation until he could check personally. He scheduled a 9:00 a.m. visit the next morning, and at 8:55 a.one thousand., Ted was at my garage door. In less than 30 minutes, the event was identified and resolved. Thanks Ted!

These guys were great. They came out to give me a quote the day I called for a replacement AC. I opted to accept it 2 days afterwards and I was fully installed 2 days after that. Fairly priced and very courteous and professional. I'd recvomend them to anyone.

Another company came out and said we needed to replace our heater. Integrity was able to repair it for a very low cost. They were very quick, polite and knowledgeable! I'll definitely call once more when needed.

Woke upwardly ane/2/2018 with no heat in our dwelling house during the longest & coldest sub zero stretch in Indiana history. I called our previous HVAC service visitor and was told they could not get to us for 3-5 days. When pressed they told me they have heard great things about Integrity Heating & cooling. I called and spoke with Ryan and was thrilled when he promised to be out erstwhile the same day and would call when they were on the way.They treated my home with respect, wore shoe covers, & cleaned up after they were washed. They came prepared with parts & equipment to make all necessary repairs. No excuses; they were reliable with results. Because of few bad past experiences with contractors: I was thrilled and surprised by both Integrity professionals deminor, training & HVAC knowledge, hardworking, honest, while offering competitive pricing. What more than could anyone ever hope for? Integrity HVAC did exactly what they promised: under promising and over delivering. We highly recommend Integrity Heating and Cooling. Very happy with my new furnace and a/c organisation. Could have went with a similar 80% efficiency unit but, decided to go with a higher efficiency one. It was a little more $$ but, I was looking at long term. Ted and Ryan are very professional, explained the difference between them both and answered all my questions. (and I had a lot). Honey that I don't have a pilot low-cal anymore. Because the new furnace is so much quieter than the onetime 1, I keep checking it to brand sure information technology'southward on...lol. Thanks over again, yous guys rock!!!

Woke upwardly Friday, February 10, 2017 with no oestrus. I called and left a message at 6:30 am. I received a callback around 8:45 with word that they would be out between 9:45-x:00 am. I was skeptical....everyone else gives 2-four hr windows of time blocks to evidence up.They arrived at 9:fifty am, diagnosed the problem in about five minutes and informed that they would need to go to the west side of Indy for the part and that they would return around ii:thirty pm. They did manage to get the unit started and information technology provided heat, albeit noisily to tide me over.They were back at almost ane:50 pm, but unfortunately got the wrong role and had to get back to get the correct i. However, they returned and stock-still everything right up.Pricing was very competitive. Both guys were extremely squeamish, well mannered, and very respectful.If you want a local business concern, I highly recommend them and I am picky. If nosotros take whatever future bug, I volition definitely use them once again for our air and heating needs.

The guys at Integrity have done a great job for us. We've used them for a few years at present including our spring and fall preventative maintenance equally well equally bug. Called after hours to appraise the A/C. They had me check a few things. They were able to go me in the next day and determined it was a elementary relay vs. needing a new A/C. Have been very happy with their piece of work.

After struggling through a few other advertised HVAC companies with substandard results and struggling to go calls back from another over the years, I decided to await at online reviews for advice on a new option. I consistently read positive feedback for Integrity, liked their small local company info that I found at their site, and so I emailed inquiring about routine maintenance and promptly received a reply from Ted. He fit a time to come to my house within a couple days and both Ted and Ryan were prompt on arrival. A fair price and no problems every bit I believe I have establish a company I tin can trust for the long booty.

We had our AC unit replaced by Integrity Heating and Air Workout. They provide exactly what I need. They are professional and honest. I will definitely use their services in the time to come for my heating and AC needs.

We still love and trust him and will continue on this path until we become dissatisfied, which will hopefully be NEVER! We don't like up-selling or pressure. That hasn't happened with Integrity.
